Turnaround Time

RTS (Ready to Ship)

Turnaround time on RTS items is 5-7 business days not including holidays.

Pre-orders

Turnaround time for pre-orders is 3-4 weeks. Orders may ship sooner, but if not, please allow up to the full turnaround time.

Shipping

All orders are shipped first class via USPS within the stated turnaround time. Priority shipping is available for an additional fee. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. We will do everything in our power to ensure the timely delivery of your package, but shipping and delivery errors by USPS are out of our control. Wicked Distressed is not responsible for any postal errors, including shipping delays and lost packages. If your package is delayed or missing, you will need to contact your local post office. Wicked Distressed is not responsible for undeliverable/misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer. Packages that are returned due to customer error will be resent for an additional shipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the made to order/limited stock nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. If an error is made on the part of Wicked Distress, we will issue store credit, exchange, or a refund when applicable.
